My background is in dietetics, which means I spent years helping people transform from the inside out – shifting their relationship with their body, their habits, and how they saw themselves.
The work I do now is the natural continuation of that. Just from the outside in.

In a 90-minute in-studio session in Meaford, we identify your personal colour season using the International Image Institute’s 23-palette system – the most precise framework available. You’ll leave knowing what to wear, what to stop buying, and why certain colours have always felt right.
Colour Discovery is a complete, standalone experience – no photoshoot required. Many clients book it on its own and walk away with a permanent reference they use every time they get dressed or go shopping.
